Pricing Changes (August 2026)
We want to make Mangomint affordable for everyone and allow as many people as possible to access the full suite of features available.
On August 1, 2026, all customers will move to our new and simpler pricing: $120/mo per location and $10/mo per staff member. Three add-ons are available: phone, marketing, and payroll. Everything else is included.

Previously, Mangomint offered 3 different plans: Essentials, Standard, and Unlimited. Each came with their own set of features, limits on the number of service providers, and different pricing for additional locations.
Moving forward, there will only be one simple plan for all Mangomint customers that provides access to all the core features of our platform, such as Express Bookingâ„¢, Memberships, Virtual Waiting Room, and HIPAA Compliance (requires signing a BAA).
In addition, we are also simplifying the add-ons available:
Forms & Charting is now included for free and available to every customer
Connect becomes Phone, and the price changes from $75/mo (+ $25/mo for additional locations) to $70/mo for each phone line
Web Chat, which was previously part of the Connect add-on, is now free and available to every customer
There is now a new lower-priced tier available for marketing credits (usable in our Campaigns and Flows features) starting at $30/mo
All previously paid integration add-ons (Shopify, Webhooks, etc.) are now available for free to all customers

Mangomint subscription pricing is based on the number of locations and staff members:
$120/mo per location
$10/mo per staff member (deactivated or archived staff members are not counted)
All core features are included for everyone. In addition, three paid add-ons are available:
Phone: Includes unlimited calls & texts for $70/mo per line. Rates apply for outbound international calls.
Marketing: Pricing is based on the volume of marketing emails and text messages and measured with credits. Plans start at $30/mo.
Payroll Processing: Full-service payroll processing is available for $50/mo per payroll account + $8/mo per worker.
