    What happens if a client unsubscribes from my campaigns or marks them as spam? Will it affect my automated messages such as appointment reminders?

    If a client unsubscribes from an email campaign, they will still receive automated messages since automated messages are sent from a different domain. If a client manually marks your email campaigns as spam, or if their email server automatically marks your email campaigns as spam, the client will be automatically unsubscribed from your email campaigns only, not your automated messages.

    If a client unsubscribes from a text message campaign, they will still receive automated messages since automated messages are sent from your local phone number instead of your marketing phone number.

    How do I cancel a scheduled campaign?

    To cancel a scheduled campaign, select Cancel from the "..." menu. When a scheduled campaign is canceled, it is changed to a Draft status.

    Yes, you can use the Campaigns app instead of the Mailchimp integration. You can also use both if needed.
