Group Appointments

Group appointments allow you to book and check out multiple clients at the same time.

With group appointments, you can book and check out clients who visit together, including couples, friends, families, and groups such as wedding or bridal parties.

• Create group appointments from the calendar: Book groups from the calendar and check out clients individually or all together.

• Book group appointments online: Allow clients to book group appointments online. Clients can choose the same or different services and service customizations for each person in the group.

• Send individual notifications & forms: Each client in the group will receive their own appointment confirmation, reminders, and forms.

Each client in a group will have their own appointment on the calendar. A group appointment icon allows you to see which appointments are part of a group.
