Adding Gift Cards Sold Outside of Mangomint

If you sold a gift card outside of Mangomint, you can manually add the gift card to Mangomint. You should only do this if you have already received payment for the gift card.

To add a gift card sold outside of Mangomint, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the Can manage gift cards permission enabled in Staff Member settings.

Open the Gift Cards app and select Add Gift Card.

Enter the gift card details and select Create Gift Card.

• You can manually enter the gift card number or use a barcode scanner connected to your device to scan the gift card.

• The gift card owner is the client receiving the gift card.

Once the gift card is added, you can select it in the Gift Cards app and select the pencil icon to manually edit the gift card if needed, including updating the gift card's balance.
