Adjust the Service Quantities on a Client’s Membership
You can manually adjust the quantity of remaining services (and product usage) on a client’s service-based membership as needed.
This can be helpful if:
A client requests a refund for the current billing cycle and you need to remove the remaining services.
You are transferring a client’s membership from a previous scheduling software and their previous membership has remaining services.
To manually adjust the quantity of remaining services or product usage on a client’s service-based membership, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the Can manage memberships permission enabled in Staff Member settings.
Open the client's membership details and select the pencil icon to update the quantities as needed.
