Link Your Mangomint Calendar to Your Apple or Google Calendar

This article covers how to link your Mangomint calendar to your Apple or Google calendar using an iCal link. The iCal link is only available per service provider—not as a company calendar—and it will only sync appointments, not time blocks.

Important:

The iCal link only syncs information from Mangomint to Apple/Google—it does not sync changes made in Apple/Google to Mangomint. Changes made in Mangomint can also take up to several hours to update on your other calendars. This sync frequency is controlled by Apple/Google and not Mangomint.

To enable iCal links in your account, you must be an Admin user. Open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Advanced Settings > iCal Calendar URLs and enable the toggle.

If you are an Admin user, or if you have the Can manage staff members permission enabled, you can view a staff member’s iCal link by opening the Staff Members app and selecting View iCal Calendar URL. You can copy and send this link to the staff member if needed.

If you are a service provider and do not have access to the Staff Members app, an Admin user can send you your iCal link.
