Client-Specific Service Durations
You can add custom service durations for specific clients, which is helpful if certain clients take more or less time for a service than the default service duration.
Once a client has a custom service duration, if a staff member books that client and service via the calendar, the client’s custom duration will be automatically applied.
Custom service durations do not apply to appointments booked via online booking.

To add a custom service duration for a client, you can either add the custom duration during booking, or via the Clients app.
To add a custom duration during booking, update the duration and select Save duration for this client. Once saved, the duration will be automatically applied when a staff member books this client and service via the calendar.

To add a custom duration via the Clients app, open the Clients app and select the client.
Select the Adjustments tab and select Add custom duration.

Select the service and select the custom service duration for this client. Once added, the duration will be automatically applied when a staff member books this client and service via the calendar.

Once a custom service duration is added for a client, you can view and update the client’s custom service durations via the Clients app.
Open the Clients app and select the client.
Select the Adjustments tab to view, update, or remove custom service durations for this client.
