Customizing the Client Portal

If you are an Admin user, you can open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Logo & Branding to customize the client portal with your business logo, brand color, and a cover image.

You can also add Call, Email, and Website buttons to the client portal to allow clients to easily call or email your business, or visit your business website.

You can add these buttons by adding the following information:

  • To add the Call and Email buttons, open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Locations. Enter a Contact phone and Contact email.

    • If you have multiple locations, the Call and Email buttons for each client will use the phone number and email address for the location of the client's next appointment. If the client has no upcoming appointments, the buttons will use the phone number and email address for the location of the client's last appointment. If the client has no appointment history, the buttons will default to using the phone number and email address for your first location alphabetically.

  • To add the Website button, open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Business Details. Enter a website address.
