Learning the Basics in Mangomint

To view all the apps you have access to, open the Apps menu. Depending on your permissions, you may not have access to certain apps. If you are an Admin user, you can open the Apps menu and select Manage apps to manage your apps and integrations.
If you are using a desktop, the Apps menu can also be opened by typing Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows). Once opened, you can begin typing the name of an app and press Enter to automatically open the app. You can also search for apps by typing only the app's initials. For example, you can type G C (including the space) and press Enter to automatically open the Gift Cards app.

You can enable in-app notifications to be notified directly within Mangomint when different events occur, such as new appointments, missed calls, and online purchases.
You can view your in-app notifications in the following ways:
On desktop, click the bell icon in the main menu.
On mobile, tap the Apps icon to open the main menu. Tap Notifications.
When viewing your in-app notifications, you can select any notification to go directly to that item, such as an appointment or waitlist opening.
