Meta Pixel
You can add your Meta Pixel ID to Mangomint to track different actions that clients complete in your online booking.
The table below outlines the standard events that you can send to Meta once you've added your Meta Pixel ID to Mangomint. We do not support sending custom events to Meta.

Got to the date/time selection screen | Search | Sent when the client is prompted to select a date and time for their appointment. |
Got to the booking details screen | Initiate checkout | Sent when the client is prompted to enter their booking/contact details. Only sent if a deposit/pre-payment is required. |
Added a card on file | Add payment info | Only sent when a client adds a card on file for the first time. |
Appointment booked without a deposit or pre-payment | Schedule | Includes the value of the services booked. |
Appointment booked with a deposit or pre-payment | Schedule and Purchase | Schedule includes the value of the services booked. Purchase includes the deposit/pre-payment amount. |
Gift card purchased | Purchase | Includes the amount paid for the gift card. |
Package purchased | Purchase | Includes the amount paid for the package. |
Membership started | Subscribe | Includes the amount paid for the membership. |

To add your Meta Pixel ID to Mangomint, you must be an Admin user. Open the Settings app and go to Online Booking > Setup & Integration > Meta Pixel > Edit.
Enter your Pixel ID from your Meta Events Manager and select Save.
