International Calling

Once phone calls are enabled, you can enable international calling. This will allow you to make outbound calls to international numbers.

There is no additional cost to receive calls from international numbers. However, there is an additional cost to make calls to international numbers.

Outbound international calls are billed by the minute, and rates vary by country/region. Charges for outbound international calls are included on your Mangomint subscription invoice.

Enabling international calling allows you to make outbound calls to international numbers.

To enable international calling, open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Phone Numbers > Manage settings.

Enable the International Calling toggle.

Viewing your phone call history & international call totals

You can view your phone call history and international call totals, including the date, time, duration, country, rate, and total for all phone calls made and received in your account.

You can view your phone call history and international call totals from the Settings app or your Subscription page.

  • Open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Phone Numbers. Select View phone call usage.

  • Select Subscription from your profile menu and select View phone call usage. To access your Subscription page, you must be the billing user for your account. There is only one billing user per account, which is usually the account owner or the person who pays for the subscription. Please contact chat support if you need help determining the billing user for your account.

When viewing your phone call history, you can select Options to filter your call history by date or phone number. You can also export your phone call history as an Excel file.

Note

Outbound international calls are billed by the minute, and rates vary by country/region. Partial minutes will be rounded up to the next full minute. For example, if the call is 25 seconds long, and the rate is $0.05 per minute, you will be charged $0.05.

Tracking your spend limit for international calls

By default, your account includes a $100 spending limit (single-location businesses) or a $200 spending limit (multi-location businesses) per billing period for outbound international calls.

To track how much you have spent toward your spending limit, you can select Subscription from your profile menu and go to the Phone Call Usage section. To access your Subscription page, you must be the billing user for your account. There is only one billing user per account, which is usually the account owner or the person who pays for the subscription. Please contact chat support if you need help determining the billing user for your account.
