Activating Phone Calls

To activate phone calls, you must be an Admin user, and you will need to use the Mangomint mobile app on your phone instead of using a desktop.

In the Mangomint mobile app, tap the Clients icon to open the Clients app. Tap the blue phone icon in the bottom right of the screen to begin the activation process.

Once you begin the activation process, the first screen will include a video for you to view that covers how phone calls work in Mangomint.

Note

You can also scan a QR code on desktop to go directly to the first screen of the activation process on your phone. To scan the QR code, open the Settings app and select Business Setup > Phone Numbers. In the Manage phone calls through Mangomint section, select Get Started and scan the QR code. Make sure you have the Mangomint mobile app installed on your phone and are logged in before scanning the QR code.

Tap See how it works and tap Next to go through a few screens that cover how phone calls work in Mangomint.

On the final screen, tap Get started to continue the activation process. As part of the activation process, you will be able to select which staff members should have access to make and receive calls.

Once the activation process is complete, phone calls will be activated for all your locations and local phone numbers.
