Viewing Your Tax Documents as an Employer

As an employer who uses Payroll Processing, you can view and download your tax documents in Mangomint, including:

• Company tax documents, such as quarterly and year-end documents (941s, 940, W-3, etc.)

• Worker year-end tax documents (W-2s and 1099-NECs)

To view and download tax documents, open the Settings app and select Business Setup > Payroll > Manage documents. If you have multiple payroll accounts, select Manage account > Manage documents.

• Your company year-end tax documents (940, W-3, etc.) will be available to view and download by the end of January.

• Worker year-end tax documents (W-2s and 1099-NECs) will be available for you and each worker to view and download by the end of January. Physical copies of these documents will also be mailed to each worker and should arrive by the end of January. This is helpful for workers who no longer have login access to Mangomint.
