View Your Campaign Performance

After sending an email or text message campaign, you can view the campaign’s performance.

Open the Campaigns app and select a Sent campaign to view that campaign’s performance.

You can view different details about the campaign in the Overview, Content, and Recipients tabs.

In the Overview tab, you can view details about the campaign's performance, including how many messages were sent, delivered, etc. This tab also shows the client filters that were used for the message.

The table below provides more information on the different numbers in the Overview tab.

Number

Description

Emails sent/Texts sent

The number of emails or texts that were sent.

Delivered

The number of sent emails or texts that were successfully delivered. For example, a message may not be successfully delivered if the client's email address or phone number is invalid or incorrect.

Opened (Email campaigns only)

The number of emails that were opened. This includes recipients who opened and scrolled through the email.

Clicked

The number of recipients who clicked a link that was included in the message.

Unsubscribed (Email campaigns only)

The number of recipients who clicked the unsubscribe link in the email.

Failed

The number of sent emails or texts that failed to be delivered. For example, a message may fail to be delivered if the client's email address or phone number is invalid or incorrect.

In the Content tab, you can view the email or text message that was sent.

In the Recipients tab, you can view the campaign recipients, including the client's name, email address, phone number, and their status, such as whether the message was delivered, opened, etc.
