Complete a Checkout Without an Appointment

You can complete a checkout without an appointment, which can be helpful for selling products, gift cards, and packages.

To complete a checkout without an appointment, open the Sales app and select New Checkout. In the mobile app, open the menu, tap Sales, and tap the "+" button.

Add the client to the sale. This is helpful for package sales, as the package will be added to the client's profile once the sale is closed.

Select Add Service, Add Product, or More to add items to the sale.

The More option allows you to:

• Add a gift card to the sale.

• Add a package to the sale.

• Apply an offer to the sale.

• Add an account balance deposit to the sale.

Select Go To Payments or Pay (mobile app).

Select from the available payment buttons to complete the sale.
