You can set multiple staff members to not working for a single day or a custom date range. This can be helpful when the business is closed for the holidays or when staff members are on vacation.

When staff members' schedules are set to off, no appointments will be available in online booking for those dates. Online booking will remain enabled so clients can book dates when the business is open or when staff members are working.

To set days off for multiple staff members, open the Settings app and select Calendar & Appointments > Quick Tools.

Select Use the set staff to “not working” tool.

Specify the locations, staff members, and dates.

When specifying dates:

  • If you select an entire month, such as November 2026, the entire month of November will be set to "not working" for those staff members.

  • To select a specific day or date range, select Custom Time Period. For example, you can set November 27 as "not working" by selecting Custom Time Period and setting November 27 as both the Start date and End date.

Select Submit. Once submitted, regular staff schedules will be overridden and resume on the specified End date.

Removing days off for multiple staff members can be helpful if the days were set in error or are no longer needed.

To remove days off for multiple staff members, open the Settings app and select Calendar & Appointments > Quick Tools.

Select Use the remove "not working" from staff tool.

Specify the locations, staff members, and dates.

Select Remove. Once removed, regular staff schedules will be restored for the specified dates.
