When a phone call is received, the caller’s phone number is displayed. If the phone number matches an existing client, the client’s name is also displayed.
Once one staff member answers the phone call, all other staff members’ phones will stop ringing.
When the phone call is answered, staff members can tap More > Open in Mangomint to open the call in the Mangomint iOS app.
Once the call is opened in the Mangomint iOS app, different call actions are available, including:
Profile: This button is available for existing clients and allows the staff member to view the client’s details while on the call.
New client: This button is available for non-clients and allows the staff member to create a new client profile while on the call.
If you navigate away from the call and need to go back to it, tap the phone icon.
