Making Phone Calls
You can make phone calls directly through the Mangomint mobile app.
To make phone calls, you must:
Have the Can make and receive calls permission enabled in Staff Member settings.
Be logged in to the Mangomint mobile app.

To call a client, open the client’s details and tap Call.

You can also tap the phone icon in the client’s appointment details to call the client. If you are using a desktop, you can click the phone icon in the appointment details to send a push notification to all staff members who are available for phone calls. Tapping the push notification will call the client.
The phone icon will only display in the appointment details to staff members who are available for phone calls and have the Can access clients' contact details permission enabled in Staff Member settings.

If you have access to the Clients app, you can open the Clients app and tap the phone icon to call a number that is not on your client list.

If you do not have access to the Clients app, you can tap the phone icon in the main navigation to call a number that is not on your client list.

While on a call, if you navigate away from the call and need to go back to it, tap the phone icon.

If you miss a call from a phone number that is not on your client list, you can tap the phone number in the Inbox app to call the number back.
