Campaigns

With the Campaigns app, you can send one-time email and text message campaigns (marketing campaigns) to specific clients or your entire client list, such as:

• Holiday or seasonal promotions

• Monthly newsletters

• Special announcements and offers

Easily customize all the details for your marketing campaigns, including the recipient list, send date, and more.

• Send email campaigns: Choose from our library of email templates, or build your own email from scratch. Send emails from a custom email address to increase brand awareness and help clients easily recognize your emails.

• Send text message campaigns: Send text messages to clients who don’t have a future appointment scheduled, clients who've received specific services in the past, and more.

• Track campaign performance: Track your campaign performance, including opened emails, clicked links, unsubscribe rates, and more.

To enable the Campaigns app, go to Apps > Manage apps > Campaigns and select Enable.
