FAQ: Transferring Phone Numbers

While we can generally port numbers from any carrier, if you have any questions about whether your specific number can be ported to Mangomint, please reach out to chat support. We can check your number for you and confirm whether it can be ported to Mangomint.

When porting your number to Mangomint, the process will take several business days, and it can vary depending on which carrier you are transferring from. The porting process will take a minimum of seven business days to complete.

We will not charge you any additional fees to port your number to Mangomint.

After submitting your port request, you can view the status of your request by opening the Settings app and going to Business Setup > Phone Numbers > Manage settings.

While the process can vary depending on which carrier you are transferring from, we recommend you contact your previous carrier after your number has been ported to Mangomint to determine whether you need to cancel your previous service plan.
