Yes, you can use an offer to reward loyal clients. For example, to reward clients with a free service or product, simply select the service or product in the offer and set the discount to 100%.

The Flows app also includes a Send promo code to loyal clients pre-built flow that you can use. In this flow, you can send clients an offer code as a reward after they complete a certain number of appointments.

Yes, discounts can be applied to pre-payments collected via online booking.

• Full pre-payments: The discount will be applied during online booking.

• Partial deposits: The discount will be applied when the appointment is checked out.

Entire sale offers do not support percentage discounts (e.g. 15% off the entire sale). Instead, you can create an entire sale offer that offers a dollar-amount discount (e.g. $20 off the entire sale).

To sell discounted gift cards, you can create a gift card promotion.

The Reports app includes Offers reports that provide details such as which offers have been used, how many times an offer has been used, etc.

When offers are used, the discount amount will be reflected in the Adjustments column of your sales reports.

Yes, you can limit an offer to specific service providers by enabling the Specific service providers toggle in the Details tab when creating the offer.

If an offer is limited to specific service providers, this only applies to the service discounts in the offer. Product discounts and entire sale discounts will not be limited to the selected service providers.
