  • If you need to resend an Express Booking™ link to a client, select Resend Text To Complete from the "..." menu. Resending an Express Booking™ link will reset the time limit for the client to complete the booking.

    What happens if a client doesn't complete an Express Booking™?

    If a client does not complete their Express Booking™ request within the time limit, their appointment will be automatically canceled, and they will receive a text message letting them know their appointment was canceled.

    Express Booking™ requests that are not completed within the time limit or manually changed to Unconfirmed or Confirmed will be automatically deleted from the calendar after 24 hours.

    Can Express Booking™ help with fighting disputes/chargebacks?

    When a client completes an Express Booking™, we collect information such as the IP address, device model, and exact cancellation policy that was accepted. This information can later be used as evidence when fighting disputes.

    While there is no additional fee to use Express Booking™, you will need to sign up for payment processing to use Express Booking™.
