    What happens if a client doesn't complete an Express Booking™?

    You will be able to see how much time a client has left to complete an Express Booking™. If the client doesn't complete the booking in time, the system will automatically send them a text message to let them know their appointment has been canceled.

    Can Express Booking™ help with fighting disputes/chargebacks?

    As part of completing an Express Booking™, we collect information including the IP address, device model, and exact cancellation policy that was accepted. This information can later be used as evidence when fighting disputes.

    There is no additional fee to use Express Booking™. You will need to sign up for payment processing to use Express Booking™.
