    Which clients are eligible to receive campaigns?

    Clients are eligible to receive campaigns if any of the following are true:

    • The client has booked an appointment, completed a sale, or filled out a form within the last two years.

    • The client was previously subscribed to your campaigns sent from another scheduling software or marketing platform (including our Mailchimp integration), and their previous subscriptions have been verified and approved by the Mangomint team.

    In the client details, you can manage a client's messaging preferences and see the date until which they are eligible to receive marketing messages.

    Can I use the Campaigns app instead of the Mailchimp integration?

    Yes, you can use the Campaigns app instead of the Mailchimp integration. You can also use both if needed.

    The Flows app is also available and allows you to send marketing emails and text messages to clients.

    What happens if a client unsubscribes from my campaigns or marks them as spam? Will it affect my automated messages such as appointment reminders?

    If a client unsubscribes from an email campaign, they will still receive automated messages since automated messages are sent from a different domain. If a client marks your email campaigns as spam, the client will be automatically unsubscribed from your email campaigns.

    If a client unsubscribes from a text message campaign, they will still receive automated messages since automated messages are sent from your local phone number instead of your marketing phone number.

    How do I cancel a scheduled campaign?

    To cancel a scheduled campaign, select the campaign in the Campaigns app and select Cancel from the "..." menu.

    When a scheduled campaign is canceled, it is changed to a Draft status.
