Mangomint, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 10401 Venice Blvd. Suite 497, Los Angeles, CA 90034, USA.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Québec) who are: (i) U.S.: 18 years or older at time of entry; (ii) Canada: the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited and in Québec.
3. Promotion Period
Begins 12:00 a.m. PT on January, 5 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT on January 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
Social media entry: during the Promotion Period:
(a) Post your “Mangomint Highlights” results on Instagram or TikTok,
(b) Tag @heymangomint on Instagram or @mangomintapp on TikTok
(c) Keep your profile public through winner verification.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Email marketing@mangomint.com with subject “Mangomint Highlights Giveaway Entry” and include full name and city/province/state and country of residence and attach an image of at least one screen from your “Mangomint Highlights” results. One (1) entry total per person, regardless of method. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited and void.
5. Content & Conduct
Entries must be original to the entrant, not infringe third-party rights, and comply with Instagram’s terms. Do not tag people who are not in or relevant to the content. Sponsor may disqualify non-compliant entries.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) Grand Prize: Polaroid Now Gen 3 Instant Camera + Color Film Bundle and Mangomint swag bundle. Total ARV: USD $199 (approx. CAD $274; CAD value based on exchange rate at time of drafting; actual value may vary). No cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. Prize is non-transferable.
7. Winner Selection; Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 31, 2026. For Canadian selected entrants only, awarding the prize is conditional on correctly answering, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email, phone, or online form.
8. Notification & Verification
Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected entrant via Instagram Direct Message (for Instagram entries) or via email (for AMOE) within five (5) business days of the drawing. Selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days with required information (and, for Canadian winners, a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and correct skill-testing answer). Failure to respond, complete verification, or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
9. Taxes, Duties, and Shipping
U.S. winners may receive IRS Form 1099 for the ARV; winner is responsible for all taxes. Canadian winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and import fees (no U.S. 1099 issued to Canadian residents). Sponsor covers standard shipping; Sponsor is not responsible for delays or loss once shipped.
10. License & Publicity
By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and publish your submitted content, handle/username, name, and likeness in connection with the Promotion and Sponsor’s marketing, in any media, without additional compensation, where lawful. For Canadian residents, publicity permissions apply only where not prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity or proper functioning. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
12. Release
By participating, entrants release Instagram and Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize. Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram.
14. Privacy; Cross-Border Processing
Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed by Sponsor to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and award prizes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Data may be processed on servers in the United States by Sponsor and its service providers. By entering, Canadian residents consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and cross-border transfer of personal information for these purposes and may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal may render entry/winning ineligible.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
U.S. residents: Governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles; exclusive venue in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Canadian residents: Governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein; exclusive venue in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
Where mandatory local law provides otherwise for consumers, those rights remain unaffected.
16. Winner List
For the winner’s name, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope (U.S.) or a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage (Canada) to: Mangomint “Year-End Highlights Giveaway” Winner Request, 10401 Venice Blvd. Suite 497, Los Angeles, CA 90034, USA. Requests must be received by February 15, 2026.
