You can now see summaries and full transcripts for voicemails. When a client leaves a voicemail, Mangomint automatically creates a summary right under the voicemail in your Inbox so you can quickly see why they called.

In addition to viewing the voicemail summary in the client’s conversation history, you’ll also be able to see full transcripts in the voicemail player. This lets you skim while you listen or easily copy important details like names, dates, and phone numbers.

Voicemail summaries and transcripts are available for all Connect customers using Phone Calls.

You can now text receipts to clients using Flows.

There’s a new merge tag available in the Sale closed trigger called Receipt link. Drop it into your message, and it will automatically include a direct link to the client's receipt.

Previously, receipts could only be sent via automated email. Now, with Flows, you can also send them via text message.

Start using it today by heading to Flows > New Flow. Create your own flow from scratch using the Sale closed trigger, or check out our new Receipt text message pre-built flow.

Holiday campaigns just got a whole lot smarter.

You can send even more tailored emails this season with these three new filters for the campaign audience builder:

• Has no memberships

• Has package

• Has no packages

Whether you’re promoting memberships or bundled holiday packages, you now have more control over who receives what—so your campaigns hit the mark every time.

To try it out, go to Apps > Campaigns > New Campaign and build your audience with the new filters.

The Phone Call dropdown menu now conveniently shows which staff members are currently available to receive calls.

Previously, you could only view your staff members' availability status in your Settings. Now, staff members who have devices enabled to receive incoming calls will appear in the Phone Call dropdown menu—accessible through the Phone Call icon in the navigation bar.

For multi-location businesses, staff will be organized by location and the location currently selected in the calendar will appear at the top of the list.

You can now run a detailed report showing all gift cards sold during a selected time period.

The new Gift Card Sales Details report includes the Gift Card #, any Promotion applied, and other key fields. This makes it simple to look up specific sales or track which promotions are driving gift card purchases.

You’ll find it under Reports > Gift Cards > Gift Card Sales Details.

We've added some improvements to make managing your form submissions easier. You can now download and print entire form submissions, and you can also download individual images from form submissions.

Export & print full form submissions

You can now download a complete copy of any form. The export includes all fields, photos, image markups, and submission details like the date and submitter. Perfect for saving records, sharing with clients, or printing for documentation.
